Terms of service

1. Who we are

Zaphire Labs is a website design and development studio operated by Luis Zabala ("we"). By paying a deposit or using this site, you ("the client") agree to these terms.

2. What we offer

  • Packages: Presence (1 page), Bookings & quotes (up to 5 pages) and Online store (Shopify).
  • Optional extras: domain & email setup, a second language, photos & video, and monthly care.
  • Each package includes what is described on our website at the time of purchase.
  • Anything else (new pages, new features) is quoted separately before we do it.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are in US dollars. Launch prices apply to our first 3 projects.
  • Payment: 50% deposit to start and 50% when you approve the website, before it goes live.
  • Payments are processed by Shopify. We never see or store your card details.
  • The price agreed in writing won't change for the agreed work.

4. Timeline

  • We send your homepage idea within 48 hours of the deposit.
  • The first version is ready 3–5 business days (Presence) or longer for bigger packages, counted from the day we have all your texts, photos and access.
  • If materials or answers arrive late, dates move by the same amount.

5. What we need from you

  • Accurate information, and texts, photos and logos you have the right to use.
  • Access to your domain and platforms when needed, without sharing passwords where possible.
  • Answers to our questions within 3 business days.

6. Revisions

  • Two rounds of changes on the first version, each sent in writing as one list.
  • Extra rounds or new requests are quoted separately.

7. Ownership

  • When the project is paid in full, the website design, code and texts made for you are yours.
  • Fonts, platforms, apps and stock materials keep their own licenses.
  • We may show your website in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.

8. Samples on our website

  • The website samples on zaphirelabs.com are studio concepts with fictional brands. They are not client projects.

9. Monthly care

  • If you choose it: small changes (up to 1 hour per month), a monthly check and hosting where it applies.
  • It renews every month until you cancel.

10. What we don't guarantee

  • We build the website as agreed and make it fast and mobile-friendly.
  • We don't guarantee specific sales, bookings or search rankings, because they depend on factors outside our control.

11. Liability

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project.

13. Communication

  • Everything is agreed in writing (email or messages). Calls are optional.

14. Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

15. Changes and contact

  • We may update these terms. The version that applies is the one in force when you paid your deposit.
